On the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day on October 20, 2023, the Department of Student Affairs at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized two workshops on skills for students, including “Gen Z - Decoding Hidden Feelings” and “Gen Z - Awakening Potential”.
Participating in the workshops were Ms. Dang Thi Kim Anh (M.A.) - Head of the Department of Student Affairs and Mr. Tran Le Anh Huy (M.A.) - Deputy Head of the Department of Student Affairs, the Secretary of the TDTU Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
The workshop “Gen Z - Awakening Potential” was held on October 17, 2023, with the participation of Ms. Bui Mai Hien - Chief Human Resources Officer at Baoviet Securities Company - Bao Viet Group, and Mr. Nguyen Phuc Nguyen - Chief Information Officer at Baoviet Securities Company, drew significant interest from numerous students who attentively listened to the speakers’ insights.
At the workshop, Ms. Bui Mai Hien and Mr. Nguyen Phuc Nguyen provided guidance to students on how to maintain inspiration and motivation in their study and work. They also shared insights on how to engage with the corporate environment. This workshop equipped students with valuable and practical knowledge, preparing them for their future careers and new environments.
Prior to this, on October 11, 2023, the workshop “Gen Z - Decoding Hidden Feelings” shared by Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi (M.A.) - an education expert and lecturer at Glink Academy, along with the specialist level 1 doctor Tran Le Viet Thanh - Medical Director of the Glink Vietnam Healthcare System attracted hundreds of students.
Expert speakers in the fields of healthcare and psychology shared valuable knowledge about reproductive health and sexual safety with students. During the workshop, students had the opportunity to engage in discussions and receive direct answers to their questions from the experts, aiming to enhance their awareness of reproductive health and proper self-protection.
The sharing workshops on skills are regularly organized activities by TDTU’s Department of Student Affairs. These workshops provide an opportunity for students to access valuable knowledge and insights from experts. The aforementioned sharing workshops have reaffirmed the University’s commitment to an educational environment that places students at the center, always aiming to maximize students’ potential to become their best versions.
